How do I book a session?
Simply reach out through my website inquiry form or Thumbtack, and I’ll confirm availability. A signed agreement and 25% non-refundable retainer are required to lock in your date.

What is the payment schedule?
25% of the total fee is due to book the session. The remaining balance is due before the day of the scheduled event or session.

Do you travel?
I absolutely do! Travel fees are outlined on the pricing page

How many photos will I receive?
It depends on the session type!
Mini sessions: Approximately 70 edited images
Full portrait sessions: A minimum of 150 edited images
Events: A minimum of 100 edited images per hour of coverage
Often, clients receive well above the guaranteed minimum. For portrait sessions, the total number of photos depends on factors like flexibility with posing and incorporating different locations or backdrops. For events, the final count depends on the number of guests, comfort level with posed shots, and how much is happening (speeches, dancing, cake cutting, games, movement around the space, etc.).

When will I receive my photos?
Provided that all payments have been satisfied, you’ll receive a sneak peek of 30–40 photos within 2–3 days. The full edited gallery will be delivered within 2–3 weeks.

How are photos delivered?
Photos are delivered in a private online gallery available for 30 days. It’s your responsibility to download and back them up.

What if I forget to download my photos before the gallery expires?
Provided that I still have the photos, I can reopen the gallery for a $50 reactivation fee.

Can vendors (florists, venues, planners, etc.) use my photos?
Not without a license. Vendors must either license the images directly or you may purchase Non-Exclusive Commercial Usage Rights for $500.goes here

I don’t want my photos posted online. Can I request that?
Yes. For $500, you may purchase an Exclusive, Non-Commercial License, which means I won’t use your photos for my portfolio, website, or social media. If requested after the event, the fee increases to $1,000.

What happens if it rains?
Sessions can be rescheduled due to weather with 24 hours’ notice. I’ll happily rebook at no extra charge (subject to availability).

Do you edit all the photos?
Yes — every delivered image is individually edited for color, tone, and style consistency.

Can you suggest locations for my portrait session?
Yes! I have a carefully curated list of over 200 portrait locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Once you officially book with me, I’ll work with you to understand your vision (vibe, backdrop, mood) and then create a personalized shortlist of 3–5 locations tailored just for you.
Please note: I do not provide location recommendations outside of a confirmed booking. My location expertise is part of the client experience and ensures your photos match your vision perfectly.
